Day 308: No Useless Videos
Day 1143: Sticking to Food schedule
Day 0: Eating Only between 06:30 and 19:00 (Last bite before 19:00) (finished eating at 21 01 after xoming from exam at about 18 00 to the room)
Day 1: Being in bed before 23:15 ( yesterday i dont remember why i got delayed, but i wrote that i was before sleep at 23 35, which is why i reset the count yesterday, just to stay on the safe side )
3 Things I did well, no matter how small
- Getting to the exam on time in the morning
-Finishing the main part of the workout in the afternoon break of the exam and having taken a shwer
- Doing all that even though I'm staggering with my leg and doing rhings a lot slower than usual
1 Thing I could do better
- During the lostwning exam part probably having taken more papers in advance. I think the fact i ran out of paper in the middle reduced my focus
