    • It takes a lot of self-awareness to look back and connect those dots, especially when gaming feels like the one thing keeping you sane in the moment. But yeah, what starts as a coping tool can quietly turn into a wall between you and the life you actually want
    • Putting boundaries in place, like avoiding interaction and preparing mentally, is a good short-term step. But given how serious this is, especially with thoughts of harming yourself or others, I really urge you to reach out to a therapist or mental health professional if you haven’t already. You don’t have to figure this all out on your own
    • I’d also say, don’t beat yourself up if you catch yourself missing games or even slipping back for a bit. It’s not all-or-nothing, it’s a process. You’re figuring out how to fill that space with things that actually stick, and that takes time. Even the smallest wins, like picking up a new hobby for 10 minutes or finishing a walk, matter more than you think
    • Edit 24.4 I am to switch the orange to be eaten on friday instead of today this week and next week change fridays meals with thursdays to reduce load on the stomach a day after the fast
