Day 90! Feels great committing to something and then finishing it. I have to jump right into work this morning, I'd like to write my thoughts on the detox more in depth when I have time in the next few days. Plus, talk about my plans from here. Thanks to everyone for the support 馃檪

31 Mar - 6 Apr: I managed to go to the sauna three times the past week. I expect to have no time for it this week though, as my schedule got busy due to the lecturer course on Thursday/Friday. I worked on the new website again. Regardless, there were some nice things happening this week. I met my girlfriend's long-time friend who lives in another city and had a meeting with the local FIRE community. I find this system of journaling once a week and having a separate extra reminder for planning the next few days helps me be more organized.

Entry 6.4 Day 81: No Useless Videos Day 913: Sticking to Food schedule Day 516: Eating Only between 06:30 and 19:00 (Last bite before 19:00) Day 64: Being in bed before 23:15 3 Things I did well no matter how small -11 concentrated work units -following schedule with up to 12 minutes delay besides 15 min for toilet [and this diary entry which is now 22 minutes delay, cuz of replying to Goku and writing yesterday's entry too and sleepiness which slows me down] -Morning jog 1 Thing I could do better -Contact a Nutritionist, I'm changing the food plan for more calories but I might do some harm with the glycemic index on rice, but I don't know how else to increase calories.
