    • Entry 29.12 (Written on 30.12) Day 820: No Useless Videos Day 818: Sticking to Food schedule Day 421: Eating Only between 06:30 and 19:00 (Last bite before 19:00) Day 124: Being in bed before 23:15 3 Things I did well no matter how small -2hr 20 min jog -staying in the sun 15 minutes or so -calling guy with my old phone number even though he didn't answer 1 Thing I could do  better -about 10 minutes before planned shower time I dropped to bed. just 10 minutes, i held through for 2.5 hrs.... If i would have held 10 more and went to shower i would have felt a strong sense of pride afterwards....
    • Hello Game Quitters members.   I can't wait for a productive 2025.   I am just going to focus and grow and develop myself to be more productive to make everything that matters truly to me count including with the house remodel that I have to do so already it's better to be both positive and productive.   Christmas day was good, I remember having a lot of regular DVDs and Blu Ray DVDs in general. And other stuff such as clothes, slippers, one ab roller fitness equipment and Christmas candy and much more. Next month in 2025 I am going to buy Brio V2 Beard and body trimmer and Cut Buddy's bald shaver for my head to fully maintain a good grooming appearance.   My fitness is decent right now, but I can manage to be consistent still 7x per week since 2019 in the long term starting today.   Hopefully in February I am going to buy a regular modern camera for my dating profile images in Tinder and Hinge. Obviously I needed to improve my dating profile in general by going outside and find a good location as good first impression, first impression matters including whatever you post as a digital image in general while having my own car and income in general as a way to be prepared in general. I can still use the park and go to different locations to not keep the date boring in general to whoever I am dating as a woman as my prefer preference to date.   2025 is going to be interesting.   Alright, I am going to continue my day.   Bye.
    • I forced myself to communicate and to attend the meetings at my university’s book club. Living without social media initially induces an increase in anxiety, but this should subside as I continue in working on my communication skills.

Wake up earlier and finish food earlier, which will allow me more of a space to take evening shower and less excuses for dropping to bed prematurely
