Recently I have been trying to sleep earlier. However in the afternoon I always feel tired and sleepy, causing me to sleep in the afternoon and make me sleep really late at night.

So I used gaming to combat this feeling of sleepy and it works. Now since I have been in this forum I know that is pretty much a justification for more gaming.

What can I do other than gaming that also helps me to not sleep in the afternoon? Do you have any experience like that?
