Hi all

Ironicly, I must have used this phrase thousands of times throughout the years logging on.

I've been addicted to gaming for around 15 years, a few years off pc but then I'd replace it whit phone games/anything online really.

Its come to to a point where, if I don't play I will feel bad about all the things that I have neglected and postponed throughout the years.

Discovering this forum has instantly made me feel better, hopefull.. I think that this time I can actually quit for good.

Hey Jacob,

I fully believe in you, man. Your story sounds rough, but it doesn’t define you. Gaming doesn’t define you, and the regret of having lost so much time doesn’t define you. It’s never too late to start over, and I bet that you will have decades ahead of you to build a happy, purposeful, and fulfilling life.

Wishing you well.
