CheeseGeeze33
Day #1 I'm actually writing about 29th May ? Today, I'm grateful for: Trying a new flavoured ice cream that I've never come across. Sitting down through a whole football (soccer) match and actually enjoying the skilled performances! My brain, knowing when to set boundaries for my emotional well-being. What I could have done to make my day better: Not drink so much coffee. Not self-diagnose my mental health. What I will do differently tomorrow: Avoid drinking coffee. Drink water only. Drink more water Stop reading Quora/Reddit posts that try and diagnose other people's mental health problems. Notes: So I think I am suffering from depression or some other mental health problem. For the past 3 years, I have constantly searched through forums and threads to find explanations, but I've never moved forward a single bit. If you find yourself constantly doing something AND you're still in the same place, something isn't right. Make a change. Any change. CheeseGeeze33
Day #2 Today, I'm grateful for: Meeting some wonderful children, who I wish all the best in life (I am a tutor). Modern medicine (I'm fucking ill). Having a brother, who I have shared interests with, meaning we can talk about a lot of stuff. Evidence-driven self-help books. What I could have done to make my day better: Speak my mind without over-thinking. What I will do differently tomorrow: Speak my mind without worrying of repercussions, which are very unlikely to occur, and if they do, I'll be fine ?
