dcubegamer 1 Report post Posted January 28 Lately, I've been sneak playing games a lot. Behind my mom, and even in school. It has been lowering my productivity drastically and I just can't stop. In other words, I'm playing games when I'm not supposed to. I want to stop but I just can't. I've even been staying up to 1 a.m. to sneak video games and I play many hours a day without anyone knowing. How can I stop? I'll be in high school soon, and I really want to get rid of games from my life, or at least control how much and when I do play. Pls. give tips and tell me how I can concentrate better on school to get more work done.
Philipp 144 Report post Posted January 28 Hey, maybe start by writing down why you want to quit and deleting all games from you computer. I'd also advise you to check out Cam's YouTube channel. He's got quite awesome videos on there that help you find out what works for you. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCTbbu5C5sq9VStQD2gvIN_g Other than that, taking the 90 days detox from gaming is a great place to start and writing a journal helps keeping track of your progress.
