I noticed this on Facebook today and thought it was a quite interesting take on things.

 

This concept is in The Slight Edge by Jeff Olson, I can't remember if it was using the same mathematics, but the concept is the same.  Great book by the way, @Florian has recommended it on his website. @Cam Adair has also recommended it and spoke about this concept in some of his videos.
