Hello, my name is Franko and I'm 24 years old from Germany.

For half my life I've been addicted to gaming and games like WoW. The last 2 years I have hardly played, but it still affects me very much.

I still enjoy watching videos and streams of the games on a daily basis and follow some of the gaming forums. In periods of stress or struggle in real life I still return to gaming to cope with it, instead of dealing with what im facing. Recently, I had a really stressful test and I slipped back and went back to gaming. This made me realize that gaming is still my "addiction" in life, and now it's time to change that!

It's time now to become the best possible version of my self!

I'm in a similar boat... I don't play as often but as soon as something stressful happens, I'm right back there.
