Hi to anyone reading this. I have decided to try and quit gaming and keeping a journal feels like it will really help. I think I will succeed if I'm accountable to others so here's hoping.
Day 1. My goal for today is literally just to delete whatever games I have off any systems around the place. I already deleted FB because my feed is full of adds for games etc. Im going to bury my head into Shameless S10 and the Mandalorian S2 and once I get a decent streak going I think I'll be ok from there. I find that sometimes the desire to keep the streak alive is stronger than the desire to relapse. Im going to try to start a healthy eating streak at the same time, hopefully turn some things around 🤞🙂
