I think I'm going to be attending more quantitative therapy sessions with more therapists after today and considering medication.
Find what works for you. There are so many options approaches.
I am glad the quantitative therapy seems to be going in the right direction.

I tried it too for health and ethical reasons. But I was just super hungry all the time no matter how much veggie food I ate. So I always went back. I'm fine with meat now. Some people just have to eat it. I hope your Chemo goes well. 50 hours sounds grueling. Praying for you to have a strong spirit through this and sending you lots of love.
Thank you so much for the prayers. It is so appreciated. I am very thankful for you.
We as humans have ancestries from different parts of the world. Every individual has different nutritional needs. I have a blood type of O, which means my body needs red meat... which I have found to be very true.
But this contradicts one of my main priorities, which is do no harm. I try to get my meat from farms where they are humanely raised and killed. But is there such a thing?
This is a huge point of internal struggle for me. Sorry for the ramble!!

I hope all goes well for you 🙂
As for podcasts, I recommend Mark Manson. His articles have audio versions and I like the style he writes in.
Thank you for being here and your support. It means so much.
I will take a listen the podcast. 😊

I hope you feel better and this round of chemo is safe for you. Stay strong and try to find relaxing, peaceful activities to give you strength during this. Maybe a soft puzzle, a book, a sketch, or something?
Thank you for the beautiful ideas. Drawing has helped me release so many emotions.
I am distracting myself with podcasts right now. Yes, this is an escape.... but it is what is needed right now.
If anyone has any good suggestions. Thank you. 🙂

Yum, blackberries. They have a high fiber content in addition to being tasty. Feeling grateful is great and good for you. Avocados are nice for breakfast. Are you a vegetarian?
Thank you friend.
No I am not a vegetarian. I have tried many times for ethical reasons, but my health went into a deep state of decline.

Hi friend,
What a beautiful post. Yes, we are still alive and breathing. Your perspective is so wonderful to read. Praying for your neck injury to heal quickly. You listening to your body and prioritizing rest will help that.

Hi friend,
Thank you for sharing so much here and letting us be part of your story. I am so sorry for the amount of trauma and abuse you have experienced. That is horrible, and unimaginable.
I am glad you are getting the care you need now. The therapists will be able to help you process all these events and move though them. And if they don’t, just move onto another therapist. Sometime we just have to find the right fit.
You have helped so so so many on here beat their gaming addictions. You do have the ability to have empathy and understand others.... more then you give yourself credit for.
Sending joy my friend. I know you don’t like that statement... but that’s all I know how to say from afar.

I am so glad you are having a good week. Yes, I believe too in catching up on sleep! It’s not a great habit, but 10 hours of solid sleep certainly feels amazing.
Wishing you a beautiful day.

I think I read somewhere that the person who invented the tv, said it was a complete waste of time and distraction from life and wouldn’t use it.
I completely agree with your views on any type of screen time. It’s just another escape. Although I do love my YouTube. Sigh.
Have a beautiful day friend

That’s so wonderful to hear.
Sometimes when I get caught in my mind, I focus the energy and attention on my left big toe. It’s sounds silly I know, but it will break the thought pattern.
Oh the lake.... how beautiful! It is so wonderful to spend time in nature.
Sending joy to you.

Rough day I suppose.
I am awake. I am alive. Another day to love others.
No picture of flower again. Here is a song I really like.

Today I have acupuncture. This treatment is through a non profit that provides eastern medicine to those with physical illness. I am so very grateful for the organization. Grateful to my caregivers who see me.... really see me. They hold my wrists and listen to my pulse and listen to my body.
Thank you all for being here today. I am so happy to each one of you in my life.
This is a quote from my prompt journal. I thought it was beautiful.

Living by the advice of Jordan Peterson. Life is suffering. What can we do about it?
Reducing it!So my guiding light right now is focusing on reducing suffering.
Made a lot of progress on that through a lot of conversations on topics that were
causing suffering. And reduced a lot! It was so worth it.It's still a problem sitting at home in isolation but that source of suffering will
past fade too. But it's a little bit better because hugh problems seem to get
into the right direction.Focusing on reducing my suffering and the suffering of others is the best
thing that happened to me. Something that I want to live by.Hi friend,
We haven’t met but I am so glad your here.
The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle helped me find so much joy in my life. It’s a simple spiritual book and an easy read.
Have a beautiful day!!

Hey...
I am so sorry about that girl. It’s tough when we have high hopes but then we are disappointed time and again.
Do you have some fun things planned for your vacation? Maybe a fun rock climbing trip? Please take some time for yourself in nature.
Hugs my friend.

I found it! This flower was from a Linden tree. The tree blooms between mid June and early July.
The flowers were covered in bees, which the trees are known for.
Yay!!! I guess I actually feel joyful today.
