What went well today: (NP:0/NW:17/NS:8/NM:10) did my a bit of usual meditation and my daily spanish session, had a productive day at university and an okayish workout at the gym, studied a bit What I could have done to make my day better: should have gone to the Tai-Chi Course in the evening but I forgot the time and then it was too late 😞 What I will do differently tomorrow/What I have planned for tomorrow: wake up before 7, go working stay healthy, study a bit, meet a few collegues in the evening Weekly summary, thoughts and improvements for the future my lent resultions so far: (since last wednesday) no meat -> looking good so far no sugar -> looking good so far no alkohol -> okay till now but a bit harder because going out with of friends will need some time to adjust like every year this no coffee -> no problems since I started this in late January doing things ouside my comfort zone -> with university starting also not that hard (hopefully the corona virus will not shut them down for a while 😉 ) avoid porn -> huge problems trying to avoid this for a longer timeframe and I am not even sure why I fear I will have to reflect on this the next few days 😞

(it seems like it is normal that everybody is sneezing and coughing) Today I am grateful for having great friends. One amazing thing that happened/I did today 1) I do not exactly know why but for some reason I got really bad cravings for games before and during gym time at least it helped me to find some old/new triggers (imagined free time in the evening, a podcast which skirted the topic of gaming) in the end I got over with only two of my counterplans (running since I was already at the gym and locking my phone with an app). What went well today: (NP:2/NW:11/NS:2/NM:4) did my a bit of usual meditation and my daily spanish session, worked a long workday, started lent great, did some shopping for health products and luckly they were not yet sold out What I could have done to make my day better: should have meditated more and went to sleep earlier What I will do differently tomorrow/What I have planned for tomorrow: wake up around 8, go to my doctor for a complete fitness and body stress test, go to the gym, maybe if I have the time cooka bit and go to sleep early (I am not ill but do not feel very well ether) Weekly summary, thoughts and improvements for the future As I promised my plans for lent: no coffee (doing this since start of february to fall asleep better and it is working so I decided to continue it) no alkohol no meat (I will try to be as veggan as possible but I know that sometimes I will need a bit of cheese or some eggs) no sweats (as long as possible no products with sugar) I will try no porn till easter that should be managable (on fab I am not sure but I will try) also each week I will do at least one thing that is (way) outside my comfort zone and I know but nearly every year I go completely overboard while fasting but I read in my last book that freedom is not having more choices of things to have and to do but real freedom is achived by deciding what not to do and by the things you deny yourself. I will post updates on how my lent it is going every wednesday so that there is progress to track.
