Hi @chiliflavor thanks for normal meditation I use Headspace or just a timer and sadly for zazen I really got started with a german audible podcast, which increased the time staring at the wall step by step, but for a theoretical start I can recommend "Zen Mind, Beginner's Mind". I am sorry that I could not help more.

One amazing thing that happened/I did today half way through my run I just wanted to stop and go home because for some reason I was completely demotivated to run any more but since I am already used to run 10km or more I was able to talk myself out of this slump again and again and finished the run somehow Workout/run more than 15k steps 10km running daily streching Meditation around 60min only a bit zazen 😞 Visualisation and daily affirmation did my affirmations in the morning and managed to do my visualisation during the day Reading and further education studied a lot about coding in python studied an hour for the next exam listened to my usual two podcasts (one for fun and one for science,) my wake-up time 08:45 Weekly Goal(s) use my time better, mediatate way more, stay healthy, manage at least two home workouts to get a kind of routine, avoid porn, study for the next exam at least 4h a day Monthly Goal work and study with greater focus and intension, do zen daily, create a healthier sleeping rythm, avoid porn 3 Month Goal get my weight back to pre-corona, become fit again like I have been two months ago, pass all my planned exams so that the corona months will not impact my universty plan to harsh What went well today: (NP:1/NS:1/NM:0/NSP:1) had a great run, finally lost some weight again, coded quite a bit (but the end result is still far away 😞 ), had an awful run that I finished, What I could have done to make my day better: more spanish and more studying 😞 What I will do differently tomorrow/What I have planned for tomorrow: wake up well rested, go hiking, do some home workout, code a bit more in the evening, enjoy the day Weekly summary, thoughts and improvements for the future ------
