    • Entry 24.12(Written on 25.12)  Day 815: No Useless Videos Day 813: Sticking to Food schedule Day 416: Eating Only between 06:30 and 19:00 (Last bite before 19:00) Day 119: Being in bed before 23:15 3 Things I did well no matter how small -get out of bed at 06 08 while alarm went off at 06 00, wow, that´s an improvement! -Managing to get at least 4 pomodoros in despite the fact that i lost lots of time because of trying to figure out how to get access to my old whatsapp account -sticking to half'hour window at the apartment meeting, although we got another meeting today to continue what we were lacking, finishing on time yesterday was still iportant 1 Thing I could do  better -Remains unchanged for the third day. Establish a habit of doing evening routine before entering to bed, otherwise, entering bed is prohibited without it.
    • Entry 23.12(Written on 24.12)  Day 814: No Useless Videos Day 812: Sticking to Food schedule Day 415: Eating Only between 06:30 and 19:00 (Last bite before 19:00) Day 118: Being in bed before 23:15 3 Things I did well no matter how small -11 pomodoros -waking up for evening routine at 23 23 when i accidentally woke for pee, instead of pulling until the morning like previous 2-3 days ( which is okay, even though I needed to not enter bed at all, but it's an improvement.  -30 minutes of thinking of who i intend to become in the morning, thus completing the 30 minutes the first time in a long while 1 Thing I could do  better Same as yesterday, establish a habit of doing evening routine before entering to bed, otherwise, entering bed is prohibited without it.
    • I do believe a bit like Amphibian stated, that it is one or the other, as you've also been saying. This is in relation  to dopamine. If you have your dopamine from games you no longer need it, so you give everything else up... You're going to work for your main goals if you expect dopamine from it. Those are just my thoughts however, you may raise your contradictions if you have any and we may discuss 🙂

Wow, the result is finishing food within 1.5 hrs instead of two nad a half (together with chewing dates and avocado to make stuff faster instead of squashing with fork) -9 pomodoros -Reading intelligent investor instead of news for about 30 minutes i think it was or so 1 Thing I could do  better Establish a habit of doing evening routine before entering to bed, otherwise, entering bed is prohibited. Period.
