-During planning the week make efforts to stick to the time limits. Even though planning tomorrows purchase is important, staying within the planning limits is also and probably even more important to maintain trust with myself

July 7-8 = 8 32 - 15 - 9 -10(the 10 minutes is an estimate because alarms kept going off for about an hour although I don't think it bothered me much while sleeping) = 7h 58m
