This thing might be harming my stomach, brain and skin. I mean I'm not ure it's the olive oil, but something in my nutrition is. Because I'm feeling constatn tiredness after dinner, and eczema increase, eye dryness and mind fog.     • It takes a lot of self-awareness to look back and connect those dots, especially when gaming feels like the one thing keeping you sane in the moment. But yeah, what starts as a coping tool can quietly turn into a wall between you and the life you actually want
    • Putting boundaries in place, like avoiding interaction and preparing mentally, is a good short-term step. But given how serious this is, especially with thoughts of harming yourself or others, I really urge you to reach out to a therapist or mental health professional if you haven’t already. You don’t have to figure this all out on your own
