    • Hey Y'all   For almost more than 2 months i've been free of playing video games, yesterday i did play a bit of league, won't count that as a relapse but wanted to see if it hits the same, but it does not, i really do not get the same things it once gave me, moving from that, i've been getting so many cravings to play, some weak and some strong ones. Overall my routine is kinda in a lack coz my mind feels like out of place and is not sure what to do. I think and know its a good time to build solid habits as well as fulfilling hobbies. For the most part i've been trying to figrue what to do coz i become perfectionistic, however, im going to try to dabble with a few single hobbies for a long while even if i feel odd or if the hobby doesnt instantly make me feel better, i will stick to it. The goal here is bring order from the chaos i am in, quite unstructured, unplanned in life right now, i do not like that one bit. I'm going to consolidate gcal as well as tasks and a journal to keep track and work on my current projects which is learn a key skill, apply for jobs and create a structuted routine.

One thing is for sure though, the food prep lack of effectiveness is a big chunk of the time waste. Good thing I back up my posts in text documents) Day 84: No Useless Videos Day 916: Sticking to Food schedule Day 519: Eating Only between 06:30 and 19:00 (Last bite before 19:00) Day 67: Being in bed before 23:15 3 Things I did well no matter how small  -Pulling the trigger on a theory learning platform alternative finally -Afternoon workout -Managing to do at least 4 pomodoros which is better than nothing 1 Thing I could do better -it is actually for yesterday. Hold tight to finish evening routine if it's less than 30 minutes. If more, shorten it to be 30 minutes at most before dropping to bed and put an alarm clock earlier than the wake up hour for he same amount of time that is left of the evening routine to complete it.     • I've got one tip. Remember why you're doing it. Write down what you want to accomplish. This will keep pulling you in that direction. Then another thing is to remember that the more you manage to abstain, the more of a habit it becomes, and the less likely you'll be to experience the urge. Right now you're like an addict and your hormones will be screaming to get the dopamine rush. But what will happen if you give in for a month more? A year more? What could you be doing instead? You'll be basically selling your life. Nobody will give you this time back, unless a time machine or eternal life will be invented. I wouldn't count on that...
