3 Things I did well, no matter how small
-having mustered up the courage to use the shoe inserts that came with the shoe instead of my custom ones. I guess it's a bit like the elefant who has a small stick holding him at the ground but he won't budge since he's sure he cannot break free. But he had grown up since then.... For today it seems I still managed to jog with the original inserts. We'll see how it works moving forward. I'm not sure whether I should take them for a more intense run...
