A preference to have sex with your partner is absolutely understandable and makes sense, but there are some reality constraints that probably make most people in a relationship not completely satisfy their sexual needs, which is why I consider masturbation absolutely healthy. Doing it without porn is probably more healthy for your relationship, since you don't "desensitize" yourself by viewing highly rigesseured far-from reality porn videos which raise your imagination standards to an almost non-existent in reality level. I do it with porn though, because I'm not in a relationship and not looking for a partner at the moment. Not for a relationship, nor for casual sex, so I guess it doesn't matter. My goal when I masturbate, pre-planned usually once a week or two is just to maintain prostate health. For this goal videos help me get done with it quicker.
Sounds awesome :) But it doesn't hit your goals for resistance training. Endurance at best, but that is also not always true if you just ride casually. That said, that is definitely better than nothing. And what counts is how much effort it is in proportion to your regular exercising :) So way to go if it's an improvement or a new routine and keep at it. If you manage to establish it as a routine consider also resistance training on some weekdays :) (hitting the four major muscle groups: Hands, shoulders, chest, legs should be the goal every week twice according to some articles I read if I remember correctly. That is what my routine is based upon at least, that and 3 Endurance trainings) Cheers
