Hey everyone. I’m Johan. I’m from South Africa. I’ve been gaming since i was 8 years old. now i’m currently 19. so i can say I’ve been gaming for an entire decade. I’d say i have never been severely addicted however it has taken up a lot of my time, can easily be about 6 hours a day. I think gaming has affected me socially a lot that I feel awkward at times. Personally I think the biggest reason to stop gaming is because it has killed all my drive to do anything that I become extremely lazy during the day. I want to stop gaming so that I wake up knowing i have a purpose in life and that instead of gaming I can use that time to improve myself and to know how to socialise properly with people.
