Hello,

I've been playing games on an abnormal level since age 6, I have ADHD and Asperger's syndrome. I've had ongoing problems with games, especially in high school. Had a really bad experience at school and retreated back to playing games and just dropped out. I disconnected from all my friends and family.

At age 21 I'm still having issues with self-control to do with games and screen time,  I never sleep well at night. I've gone through periods where I have completely given up games but I am struggling to keep consistent with it. I currently at this time don't have friends that I can hang out with. Honestly, I find people boring, that needs to change.

Thanks

Doshiewa.
