NEW VIDEO: The Dark Side of Gaming (Documentary)

Lets just say you decide to use that extra 5-10 minutes four to five times a day while you're waiting on something to be productive. It doesn't have to be at a high intensity level with high focus.

Lets say you add in 10 minutes, five times randomly a day on average. That's 350 extra minutes per week, or 5.8 hours. It's about 300 hours per year. It's like adding 7 and a half 40 hour work weeks to your year, just by making this small, seemingly minute adjustment.

If that doesn't give you some stimulation to get you using those times, I don't know what else would. Just typing this I already feel the urge to wrap it up quickly and move onto something else.
