  8. I have a schedule to wake up at 7:45am daily regardless of what day it is but sometimes I can't meet it. Usually it's because my work day stuffs my schedule up and I have to work overtime to meet deadlines. My ideal sleep time is 10:45pm, which will ensure 9 hours of sleep but recently I've just been going for getting to sleep before midnight. Recommended hours of sleep is 7-9 hours so try very hard to not go above or below that because oversleep is a real thing and isn't beneficial. Thanks for the read and I appreciate the support!
