Hi all, love the forum, being trying to quit games for long time but first time here,
I find my problem with games comes from my competitive nature as a person, online gaming has provided me with a to space that appeals to my personality,
I'm here as I relapsed after 8 months, although every time I try and quit i get further,

The best methods so far I found to try stop gaming I developed from the book (Atomic habits by James Clear) recommend it,
