Hello, my name is Per, I'm 27 years old from Norway. For half my life I've been addicted to gaming. The last 2 years I have hardly played, but it still affects me very much. I still enjoy watching videos of the game on a daily basis and follow some of the gaming forums. In periods of stress or struggle in real life I still return to gaming to cope with it, instead of dealing with what im facing. Lately I had a really stressful exam, and I relapsed to turning back to gaming. It made me realise gaming is still my "crutch" in my life, and it's time to change that! I am getting married this summer, and I really want to give myself and my coming wife the best possible version of my self! I'm excited for this journey!
