I came across this page yesterday and i always knew that i had an addiction and i wasn't doing anything about it. This caused me problems i has constant sleeping problems, and mainly very short term focus on anything else like work.
Today that all changed I am doing something about it. I have deleted all the games from my PC and only using it for work currently. I have exams in the summer and terrified for them as i cant concentrate on revising for them and i am hoping for the best. I haven't figured out a substitute for games literally any suggestions would be amazing!
