Identification as Gamer: MMORPG player Reason for gaming: Escapism and Dependency >Other forms of "escapism and dependency": Internet surfing and porn (note: these two will be tracked during the 90 detox challenge as well) Reason for quitting gaming: A healthier life: spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and physically. A life not deprived of sleep, malnutrition, and poor hygiene. A life not dependent on external influences. A life not bitter and tired. A life not cramped up in a seat in front of a monitor all day long. A life not filled with insecurities and lack of confidence. Planned Replacements: Reading, learning guitar, working out, and writing. Desire: To take positive action and less dwelling and negative thinking.
