  3. Day 59: No gaming Very productive cold water shower in the morning almost no wasted time ride a bike for an hour read a book for two hours meditation 10 mints
  4. Day 58: No gaming no craving a good day quite productive as usual ?
  5. Day 57 (Saturday): A long hike to the mountains. It was a 5-hour roundtrip. I had dinner with friends afterwards, and then we played board games for a couple of hours.
  6. Day 56: no gaming a good day like always biked alot
  7. Day 55: No gaming A good day as usual productive early bird healthy food biking reading book
  8. Day 54: No gaming good day as always reading book healthy food biking every day
  9. Day 53: No gaming good day ?
  10. Day 50, 51, 52: No gaming and no craving. Living the life mindfully being very productive eating healthy reading book
  11. Day 48, 49: No gaming and no craving Long weekends so I stop working and spending quality time with family ?

  13. Day 44,45,46,47: No gaming, no craving wake up 6-7 am every day went to bed early 9-11 pm no fast food cooked food every day biking every day reading every day no meditation! I read more books instead. no wasted time during these four days!

Day 40,41,42,43: No gaming and no craving Wake up 6-7 am every day I sleep between 9 to 11 pm every night I had just one fast food over these four days- I cooked for myself biking one hour each day I read 10 mints of a book in four days- have to increase the time meditation 20 mints in four days I wasted around 2 hours per day- I am working not to let that happen again

  16. Day 36 (Sunday): No gaming and no craving woke up 7 am no fast food meditation reading book biking cooking
  17. Day 35: No gaming no craving cooking no fast food biking meditation reading book woke up 8 am
  18. Day 32, 33, 34: No gaming no craving being productive cooking healthy food no fast food biking to school meditation daily book reading daily woke up 6-7 am every day
  19. Day 31: No gaming and no craving very productive Daily meditation, book reading, exercising, etc. woke up at 6 am
  20. Day 30: No gaming and no craving Woke up 6 am ?
  21. Day 29: No gaming and no craving
  22. Day 28: No gaming and no craving ?
  23. Day 26, 27: No gaming and no craving at all All good ?
  24. Day 25: No Craving, no gaming. Woke up 7 am being very productive own my day ? ? ?
