Day 59: No gaming Very productive cold water shower in the morning almost no wasted time ride a bike for an hour read a book for two hours meditation 10 mints

Day 57 (Saturday): A long hike to the mountains. It was a 5-hour roundtrip. I had dinner with friends afterwards, and then we played board games for a couple of hours.

Day 44,45,46,47: No gaming, no craving wake up 6-7 am every day went to bed early 9-11 pm no fast food cooked food every day biking every day reading every day no meditation! I read more books instead. no wasted time during these four days!

Day 40,41,42,43: No gaming and no craving Wake up 6-7 am every day I sleep between 9 to 11 pm every night I had just one fast food over these four days- I cooked for myself biking one hour each day I read 10 mints of a book in four days- have to increase the time meditation 20 mints in four days I wasted around 2 hours per day- I am working not to let that happen again
