Am a 15 year old who has decided to quit gaming cold turkey. Pretty big decision for someone like me to make but i feel like gaming takes up too much of my free time and now that i have nothing to distract me from reality I will be able to focus on my more interesting hobbies and better my sleep schedule I am also going on a 90 day no fap detox which will hopefully clear my mind and allow me to be more alive in the moment
