Day 1, Deleted all my gaming accounts and will sell any gaming systems this weekend. Began reading the Respawn eBook up to page 20. My goal is to finish this book by day 3. Before I would just work from 8-5 M-F then game until 11pm go to sleep rinse and repeat. This behavior would leave all school work for Saturday and Sunday, giving me no time to go out and enjoy my weekends. It’s pretty early but I can already tell that my days will be longer and more productive. This is a good change as I would like to use all this ex-gaming time in a more productive manner.

Hello everyone, Tomorrow I begin this game free journey. Instead of gaming I would like to focus my energy into being more social, exercising, meditation, and reading.
