Day 20:
Today was kind of productive as my group that was supposed to meet me in the library decided not to come i guess, probably due to the fact that my phone was still off. Well, i was able to make some headway with school today as i finally get paid this week. Art supplies here i come. As far as the work-study job goes im still on the lookout for a sign up sheet, i guess ill have to wait until they get the freshman students enrolled then they are going to work on upperclassmen.
I'm still working on sketching the street racing cars as im currently working on the third one. I uploaded the first two online on my DeviantArt page. I just need to find the time to do them.
I'm grateful for getting up this morning and finishing my homework.

Panic attack? Bad dreams? Late dinner? Flu&fever can do (temporary) funny things to your heartbeat as well. Arrhythmia? One or more of the valves are not perfect? None of this is really bad news. Even with valves, the condition is not necessarily worsening in a fast rate. You can easily die 50 years later with your own faulty valves. I had a person in my family, faulty valves+arrhythmia. Diagnosed in his twenties. He lived till 85, smoke, drank&ate too much. Died of old age/system shutdown. My friend got hit by a car and died in her twenties, healthy as a bug, successful athlete.
Go for a check up. But be prepared. Instruments are very accurate. If they find something ... an imperfection, it's not a death sentence!! And it doesn't mean you will have a shorter lifespan because of it!!
ASVAB retests were on the table for me but i declined as i didn't trust the guy's teaching methods, like Zala said you can go in for a check up for move around the house for a few minutes.

That's good HappyCat, at least you found a solution out of your problem at work, honey's good too!
-
Hope everything works out for you, Zala. Good Vibes!

Glad your friends wedding went great for you, giblets, usually running would keep your sickness down as it generates heat to better fight the cold/flu, Fort Jackson BCT Gas Chamber drained me of my sinuses XD. Just keep abstaining from that gaming my dude!

Creativity is in the mind, don't ever tell yourself what you can't do, just try your best to improve on it SSG.

Day 19:
Yep, school just got thrown in the unsure pile, two of my classes decided to do group projects in order to encourage teamwork and focus on earning a group grade, this way the professor(s) don't have to grade as heavily on individual assignments. It's fun when some people don't really like to work or make plans, guess i'll just try to make the best of it. XD. Srry i kept this short.
I'm grateful for the hard work and not procrastinating (again)

Sounds like your picking it up pretty nicely, Vlad, minus one (you'll always get another).
-
Uhoh, somebody's in trouble better watch out!
But, its good that your fighting those feelings when your so close Mettermrck, just remember what you've learned from your experiences compared to others. Day 82!
Day 83, keep up the fitness!

Moderation is like putting a timer in your brain and having it go off, just like sleeping and waking up with a second alarm if the first one didn't work, good way to control your urges. But remember to keep on producing good productive things.
-
I got called an asshole in high school, i got called a shitbag in the army, now im getting called a faggot for actually making more money going to school than actually working

@Vlad, I am full-stack web-developer. My main focus is back-end (mostly C#) and databases (mostly Oracle SQL). Of course, I do fair share of front-end work with JavaScripts and it's various libraries but most of the time I do something on server or database sides. Our compamny offers software to automatize business processes in form of web applications.
So do you design websites or are you a programmer for the company, HappyCat?

I have noticed that my psyolohical strength is not as developed as my physical strength.
So I did some meditation and breathing practices to tackle that.
The rest of it is just the fact that I need to say to myself that I wanna change and that I am willing to take action.
Yeah all that point s that I can think of are mostly based on my own decision.
I have delayed this decision by gaming or watching porn or doing some other things that put me under pressure.
Like yesterday: I was gardening and my mum was proud of me meanwhile I was having my phone in my pocket and was playing CH while moon could see me....
Most of my "positive actions" are just a cover for me gaming.
so it is just like one step for and 2 backwards..
Do you people know what can make me make the decision easier?
This is going to be hard, but you will systematically have to delete all games from everything you play on (phone, facebook, computer, sell your system). Find a hobby like playing basketball at a local gym or working out to keep your mind off of it. Just a sugg, dirkj3.

That's good, dahankus, a week will go by so fast that you thought you ate last weeks breakfast today.
-
What was that about Chinese food, Skaliq? Go ahead and order me a plate to go. XD. But seriously, its good to take care of your body and fill it with pure foods (that are cooked all the way) and occasionally fruits and vegetables, mainly processed beans.

Day 18:
Yet another day at school, and had more notes to pile up in my notebook. Something amazing just happened to me today, my friend i thought i would never see again just added me up on Facebook and he's actually doing fine, got a few jobs and started to clean up his act after he got in trouble back in 2009 for theft. It was good seeing him again and i told him we should see each other and catch up sometimes. Other than that, man i'm just glad that he made it out of Georgia ok, he says he's in Ohio now with his dad and girlfriend.
As far as my nose, im still doing everything i can to keep it from doing that thing during the dry season, might be worse in the winter, idk. But, we will have to see once the next season comes around. I also got slotted for a job working for my school, i have until the 30th of this month to sign up, man its feels good to know people.

Hey Pete, would you mind sharing your nick/username on DeviantArt? I like looking at pretty things and drawing in progress
thirded
I see you like a bit of Japanese culture. Coincidentally the BBC held a series of documentaries which have now all been ripped to the good ole' youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=glhcEkQTB9s (that one is about how they make samurai swords) to help launch an exhibition on the life works of Hokusai:
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Hokusai21_great-wave.jpg
The trick is to read both prints from right to left, not left to right.
I never went because I was too busy gaming at the time to notice
The video was copyrighted, couldn't view it but i see what you are saying, -n.g.-, would be nice to go to see how those swords are made. I also was hoping to get a play Hattori Hanzo sword from Kill Bill there but they weren't selling any at NashiCon (public cosplay anime event), so i might plan on buying one from eBay one day.
I once went to NashiCon with a buddy of mine and i picked up one of those books. It was very interesting as the dialog felt out of place and the scripted scenes were misleading. Then i read the inscription, "Please enjoy our traditional Japanese RTL book, it is different from normal books, as the pages and dialog will have to be read from right to left." So, now that i knew how other people appreciative of Japanese culture take this as a part of their lives, i had to see for myself.
As far as the Asian culture, I've came to appreciate it after watching a few cartoons growing up ,you know before they got cancelled (Jackie Chan's Adventures, Xiaolin Showdown) and a couple of American-Asian movies like Kiss of the Dragon series. Even watched a parody. Thanks guys for that.

Looks like you're spending a weeking rather effective)
Do you do painting on actual racing cars?
No, I'm wish to repaint my car once i get it fixed though, but for now I'm just going to focus on drawing what i love

It's day 13, almost two weeks and here I was just saying that I can't believe it's already been one week. So glad this is working out and I hope my brain chemistry and dependency on the games really changes
Thanks,
Eli
Trust us, it'll be worth it

Day 17:
Guess ill make this quick, had a good nights sleep last night as my humidifier kept my nose from draining. I might think about getting started on this art to keep me productive at least after i get home. Here's an idea of what i had in mind to sketch.
I'm grateful for weekends and being able to improve on myself
-
Imagine what would've happened if you put it off, good choice Fern

Day 16:
@Mettermrck Thanks for you guys' support
@Vlad Thanks, glad to be artistic like you guys for a change, and about why they fly? I was watching a blind commentary on YouTube and a guy i was watching came up with a funny intermittent joke about how the show was playing on reality and had the flying lawnmower in the background. Which lead me to believe the that flying lawnmower theorized the fictional show actually turning into reality and thus made me joke about disliking flying lawnmowers.
Got a lot done today; picked up trimmings in my yard, read a little journal, responded to commentators on DeviantArt, washed my clothes,
performed first aidattempted first aid on my nose bleed aggravated from the dry air in my house, plugged up my humidifier, all while keeping my grandmother from unleashing her weekend anger on me and my dad.About school, it took me all of yesterday afternoon to finish my paper but i got it done, APA format was difficult to write but i was able to find some credible sources to get it cited. I also was able to get a good grade on another paper that got back from the week before about the solar eclipse.
Now i'm thinking about creating 3-D art on my other hobby: Street Racing.
I'm grateful for taking up hobbies and making the grade in school.
