  2. 16 Day

     

    I feel great. I feel like human person again. Its suspicious for me. I dont accomplish everything in my list but i'm grateful. Finally I feel emotions, human connection. My mind is alive. I can cry again. Before was my emotions suppressed and I was empty. I feel happiness. I feel like a kid again. ^_^

  3. Best thing where to start is cleaning your room! Then schedule some exercising, reading books( Slight Edge, The Power of Habit), youtube channels (i recommend improvement pill),go out for a walk. Start loving yourself and change will come. Slowly but it will appear! I swear. Don't act like a child. You are the man not a pussy. You are good enough. You are capable to make a better world.  Baby steps!   4. Man you still use gaming to escape your life, responsibility etc. My suggestion to you quit gaming completely and go cold turkey. Because for us it like "i would drink acid in moderation." Be aware! Gaming is our problem relief. Period. Stop this and start living and face your problems. Love yourself! You are good enough!

    15 Day

    Today I made a lot of things in the morning. But after lunch I was very sad and have zero energy. I watched film Wall-e and I realize that loneliness is still big part of my life and drain my energy. I overeated myself and than I had a bad mood. I think that in my progress which you can see up in the table is not good enough because I must improve my work process. My effort is smaller so i want be more engaged to my activities. I'm better and I can do more! 

    Things to improve:

    Try harder and be more engaged into activities.

    Be good on myself.

    I need better schedule and time management.

    Brainwash myself and use some positive affirmations like: I'm good person, I'm valueable part of society, I'm able to do beautiful things. 

    Eat little bit less and no overeating! Eat healthy!

  6. Yeah I have exactly same experience with my mom and grandmother. Everything must be done now! Not later. This way I was manipulated when I was younger. These days I laughing at them and making things whenever I want.

    On emotions: I learned that is good go through every emotion and observe them. I'm angry so i'm angry etc. I reveal my emotions. I feel better than.

    14 Day

    So today it was very interesting. I woke up in the morning and start working and stopped at 03:00pm. I exercised, cleaned whole house and finished my presentation. Then my mood swings into horror. Like flashback from day when i hate everything and everyone. I wanted to give up and look on some porn. It was terrifying you know. I stood up from chair and went in front of TV and watched Tour de France. Then i went lying on the bed and thinking wtf i'm doing. I feel empty inside, worthless and haven't friends. Then appear in my mind: get up and check your inbox and start doing things. And i almost done everything. A moment ago i came from walk with dog. I feel great again. Be strong my friends. Our mind are healing themselves. I'm going to meditating and then maybe i will watch some movie. We are good enough! DeepSpaceAI thx for feedback and i wish you much strong as you can possess.

  9. I in your place would educate myself on nutrition / self development / meditation / obesity and you will be have much stronger willpower! Like one dude said: Educate or masturbate/ eat junk food/ whatever. My next suggestion to you set your own system of the day.(Schedule, GTD, small tasks to complete) Good books on this topic are GTD David Allen, The Power of Habit and The Slight Edge. Be strong my polish friend.

  10. Yeah i recommend that book and you will be very exciting when you start reading about Eugene who lost his memory.

     

    I think that Pete said a lot of things about rejection in life. When we were rejected we thought that is something wrong with us. I almost cry when he said that he wanted overdosehimself. Habits are crucial!

  11. Man we are here for you. Feel free to pm or ICQ and we can talk. On your roommate: I learned in my life that you have to deal with people directly. You are a man! Not pussy because you want change something! You are good enough! People will love you! Not your mask but you which is behind these masks. You have to do what you want. 

    And your roommate can rot for the pc. PERIOD

  12. Its interesting that i always hated watching gaming videos on youtube. Rather i will play these game not watch other people playing. I am the 90s generation.

     

    I write you what i have done (inspiration):

    - quit social media except linkedin

    - unistall and delete my pc games, movies, music just everything

    - start meditation (headspace.com  current status: 23 days in row)

    - practice language on site called duolingo

    - forgive myself and my parents, relatives, etc

    - buy book Davil Allen Getting things done (I found that it is good have some system in your life)

    - exercise, walk with dog, cycling etc.

    - yes i'm watching youtube too but only interesting channels like ted.com, improvement pill, happify, English lessons...

    - start with baby steps in everything you do! Bigger tasks split into smaller. Work 2 minutes than pause etc. It's very powerful!

    Last advice: “If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always got.” 

     

    Be strong! 

  13. Mettermrck you are on right way! Gratitude list is great idea. You will lose weight gradually. I have som experience with losing weight. On start you lose very fast then 4kg/8.82 pounds per month. But its not only about weight. Your waist cicrumference its imporant!

  14. Thank you guys for support! It's very important to have people which will support you. I made very good step to join this forum and help myslef to be better and also you guys. You have to give in order to receive. We gonna make this happen!
