Oh boy am I afraid of doing this. Man. Games have given my nothing but anxiety for over 30 years and I have finally realized it. I have deleted them all and here we go. Day 1 1/26/21 @ 11:03 AM.

Next morning. Woke up and hung out with my wife early. We had a great time watching netflix this morning before our son woke up. I have totally felt urges this morning. I am realizing that if I follow through with these urges that this puts me in a situation where I get stuck in a loop gaming to where I game and game and game and never hit that satisfaction I am looking for. I can never convince myself that I will never get "there".
