I signed up to the Respawn program after gaming for 20 years and playing games an average of 8+ hours a day, I feel like I am ready to combat my addiction to playing video games and obtain some actual achievements in real life.
I work as a software engineer for my job so after I would finish work for the day spending all day at a computer i would then go spend the rest of the day behind a computer screen again, not doing much else really.
I want to quit games as i feel there is so much more to life beyond that computer screen and i would like to go experience it. My main goal now is to find some new hobbies and start filling in the spaces that gaming satisfied.
