[Trying to avoid watching Gamescom on twitch and youtube (Hope this does not trigger anyone)]

I heard Gamescom has started and i felt like going online to just watch BUT since its my first day of journey away from gaming, i am scared that i will fall back into excessive gaming especially watching gaming videos on youtube. So i have decided to get encouragement from this community in order to avoid falling back into excessive youtube gaming viewing. I also started nofap. take care guys and do you guys have any tips on how i can stay away from youtube for 30 days?
