Day 1. 7/5/2020

Time to stop playing, again. Starting 90 day detox.

Honestly, I don't have courage to delete my gaming accounts. I've logged out of them and deleted passwords from my notes.

And I completely don't know what to do about chess. I like it a lot and played over the board before, but online blitz and bullet games became an addiction. Definitely need a detox, we'll see after I finish 90 days.

Welcome to the forums. I'm 88 weeks without games and never deleted the account. Deleting them before made me miss it and I felt the ambition to create a new, better account from scratch. So for me it helped to just abandon the account and not give rare items away or something. I just told everyone I quit and left.

Good luck.
