should have studied an half an hour more to get to the planned amount and done some Tai-chi, also should have stayed strong against my inner cravings (fap,webnovel and sweets) but to force myself to study for a longer time I had to sacrifice something and I am starting a new run immediately

wake up before 9, study at least 6-7h, go to the gym training, reflect and myself and mediate a bit more (it seems I need it ? )

At the moment I am quite happy with my studying and working habits but since I found at that the new pokemon game was released this week I had the urge to buy it and a switch for days so far (and staying strong till now) and I am not sure why this craving to play a game surfaced so violetly again. Is it the nostalgia like Cam said that I really loved the first few  games of this series even though I have not played the last 3 to 4 generations? Is it because I have a lot of things to do and my brain says I should relax a bit with it? Another reason maybe also that the weather is quite bad, dark and cold outside so my usual aproach like immediatly going running does not work like I want to and the training at home does not work like I intended at the moment? I do not know and it is really hard on me just yesterday I wasted an hour to look up all the info about the game just to delete the complete browser history and lock the sites on my browser afterwards. ?  I hope more mediation, rationalizing why now and why this game and more intense training works for me and I can weather this storm.

One amazing thing that happened/I did today

 

1) listend to the newest game-quitters podcast about porn and some stuff resonated with me heavily so I decided that from today on I am doing the stuff I wanted to do since April last year and started to get rid of everything related to games ( from time to time I still listed to a podcast or watched some youtube video just to stay informed), porn and webnovels (even the books I booked on patreon) additionally I decided to go a month without fantasy or sci-fi books (just to get my brain a break) because the haven/hell idea was brilliant and this time I am optimistic I am getting more productive everyday^^

2)for the first time since ages I studied more than 7h maybe even more than 8h on wednesday? would be great^^

did my meditation and spanish with a bit extra, worked at the garden at my parents home, had a nice workout

choose one habit I want to stay away for 90 days and then the next so that a day of weakness like yesterday is not that impossible

wake up before 8, go to university, study for the next exam, have anice workout at the gym, meet a few of my collegues in the late afternoon,

1) had not much motivation for studying today so did all my tasks I did not have time last week

Number two, I was wondering if I could borrow your template for these posts? It looks so ordered and well done. My journal is kind of messy and it would help me tremendously to have a template such as this, so to get a clearer picture of where I'm at, my progress, what needs to be done.

Today I am grateful for a day where I expected nothing and got a lot^^.

Today I am grateful for having sunshades in my room. (finally ? )

Today I am grateful for having a great study friend/collegue who breezes through the hardships of his life with ease which is always inspiring to me.


One amazing thing that happened/I did today

1) wanted to go for a tiny gym session but it escalated in a good way^^

did my meditation but no spanish, studied a bit, had a crazy workout where I tried a ton of new things^^, went to university and finally all the main work at the flat and the house is done and finally I have shades^^

should have done any Tai-Chi today, but with all the craftsman in the flat and otherwise I was busy outside till now there was no time sadly

What I will do differently tomorrow/What I have planned for tomorrow:

 

wake up around 8 (to get enough sleep to regenerate from the workout), go to university, study for the next exam, go to the gym and meet my friends there

Today I am grateful for nice and calm day.

Today I am grateful for having a funny workout buddy.


One amazing thing that happened/I did today

1) I outed myself as somebody who is/was addicted to videogames to my friend and one of his working collegues also thought about his game habits and after realizing that they were problematic he hopefully gives the 90 days without gaming a try

2)also I stayed strong against eating meat at an all u can eat buffet, the dishes looked really good but I stayed strong^^

should have studied 6h instead of 4 if not even more but like every sunday there is so much stuff to do/ to clean in the flat and I am not sure I have time for it during the next week

What I will do differently tomorrow/What I have planned for tomorrow:

 

wake up at 6:50, try to study 4h for the exam, go to work, maybe go for a short run at the gym or a workout in the evening at home
