did my meditation and my daily spanish,worked a lot of hours in the forest (which was really fun but I guess only because we have to do similar things few times a year), meeting one of my friends in the evening was far more enjoyable than expected

did my meditation and my daily spanish, had an okayish workout because to alivate some of my shoulder pains I started to train with as little as possible weights again and so I can not go full autopilot while training at the moment, also had a nice time reading  and destroyed/ gave away all of my sweets to go till end of november or more without any sweets (fruits are of course allowed^^), had a lot of fun to plan my calender for next week and think about new no weights exercises and my knie was okay while running so maybe tomorrow or on wednesday I try a longer run again

should have done some Tai-Chi

That's a good pace bro. You would achieve the dream of a marathon in less than 4 hours with that pace.

I had a small relevation about what I eat and what I should eat instead yesterday and so I planned additionally to my usual november challenge (like every year) where I will avoid sweets, porn and most of my prefered online entertainment I will try to go vegetarian again (something that is not that hard for me as I am doing it a lot of the time at least the full lent and the time before christmas) and tip my toes in more vegan food than usual

honestly I watched the film "The Game Changers" on Netflix (because I really like a well made documentary they kind of my guilty pleasure from time to time) and thought about that I eat far too much meat again since summer believing that this is the only possibility to get enought protein for training and so I try to go in the other direction (the one without meat and not that many animal products^^) in november and take a look what my body has to say about the change however I am pretty sure that I will not renounce meat once and for all but we will see

1) realized that before doing an impulsive action it is always good to stay calm and think about it in detail before jumping the gun

2)also realized that of course it is better to have more friends sometimes you have to cut some of them loose because they are hindering your goals immensly or pulling you continously down

did my meditation and spanish like usual, studied only a little bit again because my extended family is still around (not that I did not have a great time with them^^), had a nice workout, also had a few really nice hours gardening at my parents home, decided that looking after my body and amount of sleep is more important than another night partying

What I could have done to make my day better

could have done more Tai-Chi, studied more

What I will do differently tomorrow/What I have planned for tomorrow:

 

wake up around 8, study at least 4h, go running, meet a friend for dinner in the eveing, go to the gym,

Today I am grateful for having a relaxing day.

Today I am grateful for having a nice working colleague.


One amazing thing that happened/I did today

 

1) had a crazy internal resistance to study today (I do not know why ? ) so I did everything else went running met a friend, more than enough spanish, learned a new training plan and new vegetarian and vegan recipies for next week, tided my room a bit (the rest follows tomorrow), washed all my clothes which may sound like procastrinating and maybe it is but at least in my mind it is better than just lying around the whole day and doing nothing

did my meditation and spanish like usual, studied a lot, went to university classes, had a quick workout, thought about how I want to tackle some of my problems (especially my discipline), tried a new vegan/veggie street food vendor which I am going to visit regularly from now on, finished tiding my room and the best of all had finally a perfect day again^^

could have studied an hour more and done a bit more Tai-CHi and maybe an extra session meditating

Today I am grateful for having a really busy day. (why see down below^^)

Today I am grateful for having a great family.


One amazing thing that happened/I did today

 

1) maybe because I have slept very little I had a really hard time against my  inner cravings of wanting to play games today (they are still there in my mind and on days like today where it is additionally really frustrating at work) but luckily I had to work continously, then do some shopping in the city for my mother and finally visited my cousin at his new flat so I was busy all day long otherwise I fear I would have come near a relapse ?   BUT I prevalied and that is what counts ?

Today I am grateful for my now stronger willpower.


One amazing thing that happened/I did today

 

1) went to study again after coming home from working ?

2) made myself clear that if I want to go for a few drinks with friends in the evening I have to sacrifice some of my other kinds of enjoyments (because the time studying is not anything I want to sacrifice), then weighed them against each other and after contemplating for quite some time during commuting realised that doing social things are most of the time more enjoyable that sitting at home and watching a series/film/....
