did bit of meditation and spanish, worked around 7h and studied 2h, I am still feeling the sickness but it is far more reduced than the weaks before

getting even healthier and then staying that way so that sport is an option for me again^^

it seems that with every death in my family (I luckily/sadly have a big one) the feeling for needing to game crashes down on me again but so far I am still not sure if it is a feeling of nostalgia like you remember the good old times you had with your loved ones or a real need to forget the tragedy around you that just happend

so far I will stay strong and with my ability to go training and running again I am hopefully able to fight successfully against it

wake up around 8, study, do some Tai-Chi, workout at the gym with a friend and then want a football game in the evening, also clean my bath

maybe could studied a bit in the evening and it would have been better for my fitness to have avoided some sweets in the evening
