Have to try something new. I think I've been addicted for 3 or 4 months, during which time I've seen just about every aspect of my life go downhill (health, wealth, relationships, family). As of right now it's been about two hours since my last game. Let's hope that's the last one forever. Here is my plan for tomorrow to prevent me from gaming:

Morning-Noon: Go out with girlfriend for breakfast

Noon-1pm: Go for a walk

1pm-3:30pm: Go into the library and do some work. Plan my Sunday!

4pm: Go into the city to see a friend

11pm: Get home, immediately take some melatonin, sleep.
