69,5 hours. And still growing. I'm just proud of myself even more than tomorrow.

I didn't study as hard as I planned today. Instead I decided to cook an awesome dish. Took me 2 hours to prepare but was worth it.

Booya!

84 hours. And still growing. I'm writing right know during noon because I have some more time.

I kicked their asses on chemistry second term. Probably thanks to not overworking, but having some time for myself.

I also want to start keeping track of recreating positive habits in my life which will improve the quality of my life. This includes:

I) 3 core habits:

1) "Day without" - I mentioned on previous page what does it means to me, 10 unbreakable rules

2) Entry in a journal here - simple as that

3) Implement 1 new little thing into my life - not to much to not become overwhelmed

II) 3 Basic Habits:

1)Obviously what can Future Pharmacist do? Studying to survive! :D (I'll study from Monday to Friday 3 hours a day, then Saturday is day off, and 5 hours on Sunday. This will give me 20 hours a week of systematic work on it. Also, add 25 hours of college activities, and you have recipe for inevitable success - obviously if I'll be so persevere to follow that.)

2)Reading non-science stuff 50 minutes a day - this can be book, article, ebook, anything to have some balance and rest from scientific/medical knowledge.

3)Sleeping at least 7 hours a day - this will keep me healthy and help with my possible neurosis.

III) Additional habits

1)Physical exercises for at least 20 minutes a day - VERY important, especially because I'm using my brain (HAHA!:)) most of the day.

2)Playing guitar 20 minutes a day - substitution for mindless internet browsing

3)Write 3 things I'm grateful for - only 3 because this will help me focus on them, works much better for me than writing down 10/20 things.

4)Studying Spanish - at least 1 more lesson on Duolingo a day - They have special daytracker so this will help me keep motivated!

5)Studying English vocabulary - at least 5 new words a day - this will improve the quality of my English, because one day I want to get to the proficiency level.

6) Take care of my appearance by spending 5 minutes on conscious working on one area a day - especially to stop stooping while sitting.

After writing it down I see a huge list of 12 habits. I think I should use some kind of application to keep the track of it. What do you recommend? I used chains.cc before and habitica, but maybe you have better ideas?

you could save them in a .txt-file and just look at them everyday before you journal. This way you can write here what you missed and want to do better next day. Also you can put a chain counter up here(how many days in a row you were able to fulfill all your daily goals).

I'm sad to hear about your relapse, but I'm not worried. I'm certain you'll arrive to 100 days again in a flash, the mad pharmacist won't be defeated so easily!

Edit: I still can't make my Skype work properly, have you tried adding me as I told you?

Pls notice me senpai :x

120 hours. I'm proud of myself even more than yesterday.

I had extremely difficult day on college. So after that I gave myself some time to rest. Tomorrow's day off, but on Sunday I'm gonna kick some butts!

Writing from smartphone, I'll change the font later.

I just spent 20 minutes reading through your journal as I'm currently struggling with things. I don't know why but now I feel better. :)

It's like reading a cool-short book and it lets you know your not the only one fighting a battle within. :)

142 hours. And still growing. That's freakin' awesome!

Today was a day off. I feel like I charged up my batteries for the incoming week.

Also, exploring the forest can be riveting!

166 hours. That's gonna be a week! Hell fuckin' yea! Btw. it's still growing!

I did thousand of productive things today.

My 100% habit streak: 1 day

I did EVERY habit I planned, studied for 3 hours (though I still fill not prepared enough for botanics), but I see that this attitude I have seriously works.

190 hours. And still growing. Proud of my actions.

My 100% habit day streak: 2 days

I did 20 more than minutes of walking, so I count it as physical activity.

Passed botanics, maybe not with 100% score, but it's much better than it was on December 2015.

I'm not fighting to survive right now. I'm fighting to get the best possible score.

261 hours and still growing. That's great how it works!

I hadn't been writing on forum for the last 2 days. And I see that it's harder to me to follow the right path if I'm not a supportive ex-gamer here. Two days ago I have a conversation with mi amigo @Hitaru. We helped each other on conversating both Spanish and Polish. That took us almost 3 hours.

Yesterday I got really busy day. Passed all exams this week, which is freckin' awesome. Botanics on 100%. Maybe one day I'll go of the beaten track and become a shaman :D.

Also, went for two specific career workshop about work after pharmacy. Did you know that after college I have more than 20 possible jobs I can do instead of drug stores? That's called versatility!

My 100% habit streak is on day 0. I'm gonna have problem with playing guitar, because I left it in my flat and I'm in my hometown right now for next 5 days. However, if I'll do all the other habits I'll lenghten my streak!

The sense of belonging to a community can boost your sense of responsibility towards reaching (our) common goal: quitting games and, ultimately, improving our lifes ("a life we're proud of").

A pleasure talking with you. Like I said the other day, I was surprised to spend so much time with you. Surprised in a good sense; honored in fact, considering your busy life. Looking forward to the next one! ;)

309 hours! B|

Today I had a little regress. After 15 days of not doing it I masturbated. However, after doing it once I said to myself: "Get back on track, you pussy!". And I'm back on track. The fastest rising up in my life.

My day was productive. Even it was a day off, I spent a lot of time on learning English and Spanish vocab, helping my parents with houseworks etc.

Tomorrow I'm going on my friend's cumpleaños fiesta, I mean birthday party. So I'll probably give leave a post here day after tomorrow.

cumpleaños fiesta

Fiesta de cumpleaños. Check those prepositions! They're undisciplined and tend to run away. ^_^

So many hours, keep rollin'!

I personally think masturbation isn't bad for you if you do it mindful and without the usage of porn. Just don't use it to get instant gratification and don't overuse it (two times a week and it can help you to become more balanced. Especially if you haven't sex regulary.

I feel so lonely, depressed and anxious right now. Even though I was on my friend's birthday, and then on boardgaming with other group of friends.

That's probably because I overused masturbation without porn.

Masturbation isn't good. It's just an activity to feed our ego and doesn't have any health benefits. Even though I know it, I did it.

By the way, 360 hours of being game free. That's 15 days so far, but I feel like a looser because of masturbation.

Take notice of what works and what contributes to your wellbeing, and cut what doesn't. If masturbation isn't bringing out the best in you, that's all you need to know and you can cut and readjust accordingly. :)
