TODAY I WAS SO DUMB TO VISIT WEBSITE WITH FLASH GAMES.

HOWEVER AFTER COUPLE OF MINUTES, BEFORE PLAYING ANYTHING, I REALISED "THAT'S NOT ME ANYMORE!" AND I CLOSED THIS WEBSITE. NO RELAPSE! :D

I SEE THAT ENGAGING INTO WRITING POSTS/COMMENTS HERE, PRODUCTIVE WORK AND ACTIVE REST GAVE ME BENEFITS. AFTER MANY YEARS OF CONSISTENCY I'M ABLE TO CONTROL MY BEHAVIOUR.

GQ HELPED ME A LOT, BUT IT MEANS I HAVE TO BE MORE AWARE FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE.

SO, @Cam Adair , I CHALLENGE YOU TO SEE WHO'S GONNA GET 10 000 POSTS ON THIS FORUM FIRST.

SOUNDS MAD? WELL, THAT'S THE WAY I CAN CURE MYSELF AND ALSO SUPPORT OTHER GAMEQUITTERS. :)

Remember to keep your sleep habits. 9-7 hours a day.

Yep, it's CRUCIAL.

If I get less than 7 hours of sleep/night for more than 2-3 nights, everything starts to spiral downward.
