Spent the evening with my family and overall today was fulfilling. Relapses happen, but they can be very valuable learning experiences if you make sure to avoid/change what you were doing that influenced your decision to relapse the most. I relapsed a couple of times during the detox, and I learnt something each time. It doesn't make relapses okay, but you can take something away from them that you might otherwise not figure out.All the best for getting through the detox!
