Hey guys its elliott, dont know who to talk to so i guess i post here.

Been detoxing for just over a week now, but I've just slammed into a brick wall.

I feel empty, alone, i cant focus or pay attention to anything, I've lost my appetite, everyday feels about 1000 hours and i just want to go back to feeling fine again.

I dont know what to do, i knew detoxing would make me feel low but i never imagined this much. Just sitting in my bed staring at the wall i dont even have the motivation to get up.

Hey Elliott, this is normal and the fact that you're having a tough time is proof that you need to detox. Look at how much influence gaming has on your life.

So what you need to do is get up and get out of the house. Go for a walk, you will feel much better. Try and move your body and exercise, that will help to shake the feelings you're having in your body. Drink more water too. Starring at the wall is only going to make time appear slower. Get up and get going! You've got this. :)
