I've got a little off track lastly. Daily habits needs a little bit or redefining to keep my progress rising. I want to:
1. gain 10 kilos(reach 80 kilos weight)
2. improve physical condition(get stronger and better looking)
3. keep intellectual condition
4. become a freelancer

What Can I do to reach this goals:
1. I need to find a new diet and keep to it
2. Set up a workout plan
3. Read and study regularly
4. Keep learning website programming, I think that one thousand lines of code daily is a good start

Love this plan. Success is when preparation meets opportunity. :D

Yesterday procrastination got me. I was very tired to be honest, but I don't want to use it as excuse. Daily tasks must be done.
Little cravings caught me lastly, like a voice in my head telling me that I can play a while. I know that this came from anxiety that holds me lastly. I'm trying to stay positive and keep in my mind that I can deal with anything, but this unfounded fear holds me. Fear, that I'm doing something wrong in my life thus wasting it, that although it's good now, it will all fall soon.
Anyway, I've got to stick to my plan: living a better life.

Procrastination is a killer. I've found recently that using visualisation of your goals (in particular the ones relating to the task you want to do). I often used it for motivation to exercise, but my recent finding is that it works well for me with academic work. Perhaps it might work for you too?

Cravings come and go, just keep in mind that the feelings are temporary and you'll soon be reassured that you're doing the right thing to stay dedicated to a better life. If they were brought about by a particular stimulus (e.g. a particular item you keep around that you used for gaming) then it might be a good idea to keep it out of sight. Otherwise you're doing fine man, keep it up! :D

I've had a major procrastination relapse yesterday combined with drinking and youtube over usage. Situations like this, reminds me, that from the glider perspective you have to fall first, in order to fly really far.
So I've taken additional steps and blocked youtube and pages with memes in my browser. Now whenever I type their address, I'm being redirected to a site about website programming. A good reminder of my goal. Now I'm going to take my affirmation/meditation session, to clarify my goals and shift my mindset.

I want to be:
- a positive change in the world
- stronger mentally and physically
- a freelancer

- always aware of changes that should be done

Got some problems a few days a go too and wasted a day not going to work and doing basically nothing but porn, youtube and pity myself. But this was a wake-up call and now things are going well again. I actually learned from it because otherwise I would probably make the same shitty mistakes today again. I feel like doing it but I am aware of this feelings and choose to ignore them. You can do this too. I am sure about it.

@Simon E It's our deal to reach 90 days! Let's live a better life!

@WorkInProgress Thank you for your support. If this worked for you, then it surely can work for me. Lets both take a lesson from this and never forget about it.

I've had a little mood swing, going anxious again. I don't want to feel like this anymore so I've started with guided meditation and affirmation to fight this. I found meditating as a good start to improve my awareness as this quietens my mind. Also combining it with affirmation makes it easier for me to get other activities done, instead of lying and pitying myself.
Now I'm going to exercise and after that, take my daily task of thousand lines of code a day. I will keep a counter of lines to keep myself accountable, see my progress or lack of it.

Lines of code written yesterday(HTML, CSS, JS): 183

Things are going good overall. Yesterday and day before yesterday I spend with my girlfriend, enjoying our free time, together. I didn't wrote any code these days but today it really soaked me in. I learned how to write a new concept, starting from blank two times and when at third I finally solved it I re-wrote it again for better understanding. That's why lines of code today is mathematical approximal number.

Lines of code written Today(HTML, CSS, JS): 78 x 4 = 312

Haven't wrote any of the code on Monday, cause I've had to stay at my work three hours longer. When I came back home, I've decided to rest after hard day(and weekend on university). I've also lastly keep on eye on my healthy eating, more variety of food and at least 5 meals a day to gain a bit of weight(although I think that I could extend it to 6 meals).

Lines of code written yesterday(HTML, CSS, JS):  143 (HTML & CSS only)
Effect of this code:

Yeah, I know this looks primitive for today's standard but I'm still learning! Besides it's pure html and CSS, no JavaScript which is responsible for fun stuff. More important here were technical details, like hoverable menu(I don't know why taking screenshot automatically removed cursor which is over "left menu" on second picture), positioning elements on page and writing clear code. I defined my long term goal as "to start making money from website programming by end of this year" lots of work is waiting for me to make this happen, but I'm a hustler determined to make my goals reality!

Dope to see the progress!

You'll definitely build a super awesome site by the end of this year I'm certain.

1 Tip that might be useful for you instead of expending your meals to 6 meals a day you could also change the size of the portions you eat.

I'm currently focusing on gaining size/muscle as well and it's not about how many meals you eat but just a matter of increasing the portions of the healthy

food you ate when you were maintaining/decreasing weight as well.

If you need any help on diet etc. I'm happy to help you out!

And keep working on your goals :P !

Looking forward toward the next posts <3

I'm really proud to finally pass 10 days on procrastination counter. Having twelve hours of classes on Saturday and Sunday really helped me with that.
"I wish I had more time" I thought at first, but now I'm happy because this is the proof that I spend this time wisely, doing productive things.

Lines of code written yesterday(HTML, CSS, JS):  129 (HTML & CSS only)
Effect of this code:

Although number of lines of code isn't very impressive, it's a milestone for me. My code starts to be clearer and better, in fewer lines I write more functional code. The most important aspect here, is resizebility of a page, which scales to different devices or even window resizing(which you can see by comparing first picture with second picture, right window), functions which keeps website content scaled and in place, can easily be copied and filled with anything from text, through buttons, to pictures. With this project I tried to copy most repeating website design used by entrepreneurs. At first I wanted to add more finish to this, like buttons, footer, transition effects etc. but I already know how to make these things, so decided to leave it this way and use rest of the time to study for uni.

It's nice to see that you like my website, this really motivates me!

Thank you @Cam Adair, stay tuned for even more progress!

Thanks @hycniejsy I didn't made it, I found it somewhere on the internet and liked this motivator. Just needed a picture to test my skills in handling it(viewing, resizing, positioning, drawing kickass frame with shadow effect) so I used it!

Thank you for your advice @Robin, another meal is also a way of increasing a gain but I follow your strategy cause effects are the same, without having to spend more time on another meal preparation. Thanks for the support, but lets make a deal, that we both get our goals done, OK?
