Ah yes. There it is. The fractured foot -- loneliness, you mentioned having felt like relapsing. Makes total sense. Have friends you can call up? Like, for hours, enjoying long conversations. If not one friend in a deep convo (which is the most satisfying in my opinion), then across multiple friends. If not, consider a (respected) app where you phone call a random stranger. I've done that before during COVID, talked to like 30+ people, it was a lot of fun.

Thank you for your recommendation. At the moment I'm using HelloTalk to socialize. Although, sometimes I'm afraid that they don't reply so I start conversations with a lot of different people and sometimes I'm too afraid to check my notifications.

I felt I was a lot more productive and felt less "scarcity" mindset as I didn't have the constant feeling of needing to do my dailies everyday haunting my mind. 60 days more to go until I decide if I want to continue on this journey. I could honestly be kinder to myself that I don't need to be productive all the time to be happy.

Your 3 things done well, and one thing to be done better this day seem like an amazing bunch to me. Focus on nutrition is very important in my opinion. And the progress you make in the other areas also seems very cool. It might be though that you're a bit scattered, because maybe it would be better to do for example 2 hours of either Japanese or violin rather than both. But that's just a thought from the first shallow look. I might be very wrong. If those are the two things you want to focus all your attention on it might be okay. But I guess you also have work that you want to focus on, so those are already 4 things.

Just throwing my thoughts here in written form. Let me know what you think :)
