At the moment I'm using HelloTalk to socialize. Although, sometimes I'm afraid that they don't reply so I start conversations with a lot of different people and sometimes I'm too afraid to check my notifications.

I felt I was a lot more productive and felt less "scarcity" mindset as I didn't have the constant feeling of needing to do my dailies everyday haunting my mind. 60 days more to go until I decide if I want to continue on this journey. I could honestly be kinder to myself that I don't need to be productive all the time to be happy. Yin: 6 days (darkness, pessimism, addiction) Yan: 6 days (Optimism, hope, happiness)

I feel like I could be kinder to myself and let myself be able to relax sometimes. I think maybe I could call a helpline too.
