Guidance needed if moderation is possible in my case for Strategy Games?

Hello I am suhas and i am 36 years old male. I was a video game addict since childhood 1988 upto 2020. In 2021, i quit gaming through gamequitters youtube channel, gamequitters forums. Thank you Cam Adair! Now, i rarely play chess, checkers, sudoku, solitaire which amounts to 20 minutes in a week. 

However i desire to play civilization 3, commandos games which are of strategy games type. If i install them, when not playing I will be thinking about them whole day. Eventually, I have to uninstall them. Any people here who have moderated games in such a way that it helps them as a hobby?
