-Making calls to the immigration officers from the very morning, despite my email yesterday. As I was looking for phone numbers I saw I was supposed to get an automatic answer to the email whiich I didn't. It turns out i sent the email to the wrong address..... Once I sent it to the correct one, I got an automatic response saying the officer was at vacation. Wow. If I wouldn't be following up with calls, I'd end up violating border restrictions... Hands on approach is important, especially in these matters. Be relentless until I get the answer
-Deciding to postpone the planned workout because I found out that the Immigration office I needed will be closed after I finish the planned workout
-Writing an email to the Institute, to ask when the results will be published in written form.

-If I do not manage to keep the 3hr 45minutes space - Remove potatoes and dates of the lunch part, and olive oil, if that is a day where olive oil is planned

-Morning jog
-Stuck to yesterdays decision to oit potatoes and dates if foods are not 3h and 4m apart. It seems as a result Iäm still awake, even though I ate the meals quite closel together. Maybe blood sugar drop had even mre effect on sleepiness than the overall food volume
-About 2.5 hrs of relentless calls plus emails to the immigration authorities

-Remember to do the morning routine

Everything remains the same, except for:
1. Olive oil is interchangeable with coconut oil and peanut butter until I get new ones, because the shops are closed for Christmas.
2. 2 pea cans instead of 1 because I am lacking 1 cucumber and 1 tomato per day
3. If my sublandlord agrees - make 1 peanut interchangeable with 1 almond
4. 1 apple is interchangeable with 1 banana until I get those at a grocery store
5. When arrive at the new apartment, may eat the tomatoes of the previous tenant - 100g of those tomatoes are interchangeable with 1 tomato unit
6. The deficits specified below, may be recovered throughout the rest of the week
7. If I am to skip anything that is not specified below, or in point "6." i may eat that throughout the rest of the week
8. Any additional changes are allowed until the end of sunday, a prolongation of this to a later timepoint may be decided upon after going to shop on Saturday.


Things lacking:
1 banana - replaced with 1 apple
2 tomatoes +2 cucumbers - replaced with 1 can of peas
100g aprox almonds - possibly replaced with 60g peanuts. If not... Oh well... just a deficit
200g carrots - Perhaps 1 per 1 g interchange with potatoes
2 avocados - deficit of 1 avocado
about 65g coconut oil - 1 g per 1 ml with olive oil or peanut butter

-Going to get the keys and pay for the apartment, concluding the overall search at a record time investment of about 8.5 hrs
Reasons for such a result that come top of mind
-Placing myself next to the deadline of my current contract
-Being willing to take an apartment without looking for too many alternatives
-The short period of a month contributed to my giving less weight to this decision
-Of course the fact that of chance played a role because a guy answered to me promptly and was willing for a prompt visit and it was a close apartment
-Understanding that going for a visit is probably the fastest way to earn trust and make an agreement, and being willing and ready to do so at an extremely short notice of 2 hours (placing the apartment search on the highest priority. I even gave a notice to my tandem partner that as a result of my apt. search I may cancel. Although I eventually didn't need to)

-6 German units
-Having adjusted the food schedule for the fact that the shops are closed

I usually wait till the end of the conc. unit anyway, so it'll probably need to be 10 additional minutes after the end of the pomodoro where I drink or wash my face

Accomplished this week:
-Continuing to contact necessary people regarding the residence permit, which resulted in a temporary staying permit, while I wait for the decision in regards to the document.
-Finding and moving into a new apartment.
Including:
A. About 8 hours of search until signing the contract
B. 4 hours for the move itself (packing things, carrying them to the new apartment in 3 bouts) and
C. A few more hours for getting used to the new place + making the new bed + cleaning the drawers/shelves from dust, allocating some of my stuff in there
-2 days of 3h 45m separation in between meals, which is 2 days more than 0 that are beneficial for health and concentration(No brainfog/falling asleep unplanned)

**** Note that the purchase lasted from about 14 58 until 16 10 it is an additional 1h and 12m. If I would have gotten the few additional things that were lacking on Saturday, I believe I would have saved an hour or so. Even though I'd have to carry the toilet paper and kitchen paper with me. I could have taken it in one of the less heavy bouts. (Yes, even though I was in a hurry to make it for the 3h 45m deadline.)

-I don't know how this happened. but I somehow got out of bed at around 6 44 instead of 6 00 as the alarms were set. I didn' even remember putting the alarms to snooze or something, it felt like they just rang on 6 40
I guess concentrating on getting the meals in order is super important, to get out of this vicious spiral somehow and get a sufficient amount of sleep. Hey, maybe I can get more dates eaten in the morning, so that the blood sugar drop would be less felt? Just an idea...

**** Note that it is around this time last year, a week from now, during the fast day I relapsed. ANd I'm also feeling the same cravings, although numbed, now.

It is the combination of having eczema and the challenge of fast day which brought me to the pit last time. Just the awareness of it may help facing the demon.

How this week contributed or not contributed to the "final destination":

-Continued daily progress at German (43 Units)
-Daily workout (Routine. Every day - besides the fact that I reduced the 75% runs for a month now. And am doing jogs instead. I've been justifying it with not having correct shoes, which may have furthered my injury, which is why finally today I ordered a new pair. Most probably next is a pair of hand gloves to reduce the eczema symptoms)
-Occasionally a few Pomodoros (4 overall. Which is better than nothing I guess. Maybe it is justified for the focus at German, which at a later point should lead to more concentrated focus in this area. It's more effective this way knocking one big thing at a time... However I should still make an effort to stick to some minimal amount daily. 2 Pomodoros would be an improvement)

Falling asleep out of schedule - Thus possibly causing health issues such as GERD down the road, aswell as harming sleep quality, and losing time because of deviation from schedule and doing activities during the night which is hormonally not the most beneficial for productivity, I believe

100g aprox almonds - possibly replaced with 60g peanuts. If not... Oh well... just a deficit
200g carrots - Perhaps 1 per 1 g interchange with potatoes
2 avocados - deficit of 1 avocado
about 65g coconut oil - 1 g per 1 ml with olive oil or peanut butter

Clarification about "7." I meant the rest of this plan time, not necessarily "the week"

Food schedule update 8.1-22.1(Not incuding 22.1)
Everything remains the same. Changes are allowed until Monday evening (I am to go to the store on Friday probably and after that I'd like to leave myself some time in case I forgot to update something.

Note: Today I ate some leftovers from previous days where I skipped lunch. From now everything is reset. (Though I did consume 50g of almonds which belong to lunch, which means everything is reset except for the fact that for lunch today I have 50g less almonds.
And of course I plan not to et lunch so it shall be carrried over to another day....

*Note 2: as I am to write my changes after going to store, I am considering to go on a week with reduced dates to see if it affects my early falling asleep. Just a vague intention for now. Possibly shall sit and plan a bit deeper tomorrow before going to the store.

Update after going to the store on Friday 09.01:
-The avocados I took are smaller, so I am to eat 2.5 instead of 2 (Possibly if they do not get riper at all by tomorrow, I'll go to Aldi and get riper ones, in which case those are to be eaten in an amount of 2 as previously.)
-I didn't find any peas, so I'd probably go tomorrow to replace those

-I didn't find edamame, so maybe I'll check for those in the other store too, but only a little, since I don't have a freezer here anyway

Note: I think some of the health related symptoms after eating might be a result of dryness fo quinoa and potato, try to keep those somewhat hydrated after I cook them, and not completely dry.
One more thing, I may try interchanging lentils, potatoes and quinoas in between meals to see how the effect is, If I decide to do that I shall write it in another update here.

- After dinner, even though I only ate 2 meals and a bit this day and had 3h 45m separaion, I still felt an eczema outburst. It might be linked to a large quantity of quinoa? I have no clue, but today (9.1) I intend to buy edamame Again and see maybe it helps replacing some of the quinoa

-Having brainstormed 12 possible solutions for how to keep awake until the scheduled sleeping time

-I noted that opening the window fully and the relatively cold temperature coming as a result for 10 minutes helped me keep awake. Maybe I could just open the window for 10 minutes every hour in the evening when I start feeling sleepy and see if it helps
