-7 German units
-Asked my landlord/housemate to have a conversation tomorrow, and when I saw she is very resistant, asked her regarding the prolonging of my stay nonetheless, because otherwise it might have not happened at all. It might seem I needed to wait for a calmer time, but it was necessary to bring the subject on soon, to see sooner where I stand on this matter. Even though her reaction was quite negative and the conversation tone was negative, which increased a chance for negative response. But otherwise I could have waited forever possibly, and the more touchpoints and mails I have with her regarding more conversations could have annoyed her even more.
-Used almost all the pauses to make rogress on the transfer to Farouk and eventually made one through Wise, disregarding the total tax reduction which could have saved me 25~ more euros, but then I'd need to keep tinkering with more transfer platforms and there seemed to be no end in sight, I prefered to treat it as if they gave me no discount and be done with it.

-Asked in the morning or maybe even more in advance regarding whether another Housemate was planning to use the bike so that I plan when to go to the shop accordingly, because I eventually (on 16.10) jogged to the 3 stores and back

-42 Hours fast or so
-Despite jogging to the store, having finished going to three stores within a little more than 2 hours. Which is actually faster than what it takes me with a bike. Maybe because I didn't need to make a mindset switch from riding a bike to entering a store, or maybe because i still had high heartbeat and the bloodflow helped my mind make decisions. Or maybe it was because I was 40 hours fasted or so. In any case done quickly, which is great given the situation I was given the same day. (Having no bike which I planned for)

1 Thing I could do better
-Withstand the urge to nap a liiittle longer, perhaps write a contingency that I may start doing dishes earlier if I feel sleepy.
That is because the result is that the same actions take twice as long at night because of a drop in discipline. Once I allow myself to cross the line of the schedule once, I start feeling like I can do anything and start doing things like organizing the folder and the room in an unscheduled fashion, what's more is that yet again, our hormones are very probably not meant for us to be awake at night, which maybe makes us more relaxed and do things slower. But most probably what had more effect is the reduction of discipline
To apply: Write on the schedule of 18.10 that I may go to wash dishes earlier as a contingency if I feel sleepy

Having said that, I was also drifting a bit back to porn when I had a little downtime on the weekend. I don't fap anymore, but the dopamine hit of sometimes seeing porn does tend to waste my time more than I'd like sometimes. It's like a game; you see some porn, you want to see some different porn, rinse and repeat until an hour has gone by and you think 'where the hell did that time go?!'. I'm gonna add that to my journal, actually, as it's something I want to stamp out completely.

Regular masturbation reduces the risk of cancer, says some research. I do this in a pre-planned manner, and I do it as one of the last activities in the day, so that it doesn't affect my hormonal balance throughout the day. It is very intentional, and not an accident. I see it just as a healthy nutrition or getting enough sleep.

-The same as yesterday. Do not go out of the dedicated time for apartment search. I think overall up to now I've used up 4.5 hours in apt. search. this is an important number to track. As every hour i put in this endeavor is an hour away from German learning, and less chance of withstanding the upcoming exam.

- Visiting an apartment

Note: This is taking a boatload of resources all this apartment search thing. Once the apartment of Daniel status clears up, I must make a decision. Even if it´s for the short term in the apartment which is close to the road. However, this must be short term, only until I get the Aufenthaltstitel, so it will probably be around 3 months. (I´d say until I send the aufenthaltstitel request, but this is too much uncertainty. What if I find an apartment and then the request gets denied? Better wait a month longer and find a long-term apartment already.

Alternatively, of course, may go for Daniel´s apartment. Tell him I have an offer for 400 and ask him if he may reduce price. Once he counters, then perhaps ask for a lower 450 and possiby meet in between on 475, if he counters at 500.

- Getting up at 5 even though I went to sleep at about 4 20. All though that contributed to my 3 hours of breaking of discipline and uneffectively searching for an apartment in the evening, it was the right thing to do to use the opportunity t see another apartment.
